We had a few glitches in our new home purchase and Maya jumped in and handled extensive negotiations and conversations with the builder. She was wonderful. In fact when I tell other people everything she did they're surprised because they say once they signed a contract their RE was MIA. I cannot recommend Maya and her team enough. They helped us find the perfect home, and were very easy to work with and accommodating during the process, considering we were moving from another state and had a very tight time frame. Everything about the closing process went flawlessly. Maya even followed up after we had moved in, and helped follow up on a couple items after the deal was done. This is the third home I've bought, and definitely the first time I've felt like the buyers agent truly cared and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
