May exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. She is very diligent on details and scheduling. Moreover, when I communicated at times we were on a budget and needed to find creative ways around obstacles, her brain always produced really smart solutions. She works incredibly fast but is so very proficient in her craft. She attended the home inspection for us (since we were still in NC) and did our final walk through, finding an item that should have been fixed by closing, and promptly getting ahold of the Seller's agent for a solution. Best agent I have had in YEARS!!
