Rice Lake Lake Home

I can’t say enough good things about Max. He helped me purchase my very first home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to have by my side. The house I wanted on Rice Lake had multiple offers, and to make things even more challenging, my family and I were on vacation and weren’t even in the area. Max took care of everything for us while we were away. He kept us informed, handled all of the details, and worked hard to make sure our offer was competitive. In the end, he helped me win the house and made the entire process feel seamless, even though we were hundreds of miles away. Buying my first home was a huge milestone, and being able to trust Max to handle such an important purchase while my family and I were away meant a lot to us. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I’m incredibly grateful to Max for helping me make my first home — a home right on Rice Lake — a reality. I would highly recommend Max Nelson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
