Selling a home is stressful enough. Selling a home in the middle of a national emergency is something none of us have ever experienced but it adds more stress. Max helped us to feel less stressed during this entire process. As a new Realtor, Max was on his game and had answers to any questions. Ones he did not know, he asked his Broker. Max went above and beyond during this process, from making calls for us to following up on inspections and emails. He also showed us homes last minute and coordinated it all. Max is very connected with outside trades and was able to help refer us to professionals for painting, flooring, pest and roof. He treated us as if we were his only clients and we know we were not. Max also went out of his way to present us with gifts at the key hand over. He gathered enough facts about us to know exactly what to give us.
