The Blake/Hill team of Real Estate agents managed every aspect of selling my home, from arranging for clearing and cleaning to beautifully staging it themselves, and to hiring a video service to make a spectacular visual presentation beginning with flying in over the nearby lake toward my house and then presenting it room by room. They even found a temporary storage facility, packed up my furniture, and moved it there, surely a part of the process that would normally fall to the seller. Having made the property more attractive in every way than I would have had the skill or stamina to do by myself, they then sold the house for $20,000 over my original asking price. But there is more! In addition to displaying superb professional skills and commitment, these two energetic young men, both with CSU college degrees and qualified as brokers, are respectful and very nice to be around. They truly delivered what they claim to provide in their promotion materials, a “concierge experience.” I sincerely recommend the Blake/Hill team to anyone considering the normally fraught process of buying or selling a house.

When they say 24/7 they mean it. I work crazy restaurant hours, any questions I had Alex and Max were always available.
