Being new to the area we were fortunate that an associate referred us to Mauricio. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us identify the area in South Florida that would be the best fit for our family. We did not have a set area when we decided to move. And we are extremely happy with the final decision! Mauricio was very patient with us taking the time to show us numerous houses. Once we decided on a house he did a great job building a relationship with the sellers agent that ultimately helped us get the very first house we made an offer on. The transaction was well within the market and he made sure we did not overspend on the house. You will not be disappointed working with Mauricio. He is awesome to work with!!!!!
