We used her to help sell my grandmas house, and we are using her again to buy our next home. You can’t go wrong working with someone who puts her heart into her job. Maureen was wonderful to work with as I was looking to buy another property. She worked hard to help me find the best property that met my needs. During every tour, she would notice and call out concerns that I didn't notice myself - her expertise and knowing what to look for was incredibly beneficial and helped me to avoid a few bad purchases. We did run into a little snag during the inspection but Maureen helped come up with a plan and counter proposal to ensure I wasn't getting into a sticky situation with my purchase. I already plan to buy another property within the next year and I will certainly be using Maureen again!

We had a bit of a unique situation as we were relocating back to Ohio from Maryland. We weren’t able to come into town much, and the market was crazy when we were looking. Maureen was able to squeeze us in for 8 showings in person, and then we did a few via FaceTime. She was kind enough to work with my in-laws so they could be there in person while we saw the virtual tour. From there we decided to put in an offer based upon her valuation of the home from comps, which was much different than the listing price and she was SPOT ON. I appreciate so much everything she did for us and she helped find us a wonderful home to start our family in. Thank you Maureen!
