The property was in excellent shape for re-sale after being a rental property for over ten years. Maureen always kept me apprised of any necessary repairs, which were always handled quickly, by professionals, and for reasonable prices. I have collaborated with Maureen on my property for about 10 years now. Initially she was the property manager of my condo. I live out of state. Maureen always made sure the unit was well taken care of. She communicated very efficiently and made sure all issues were addressed. We initially met Maureen by renting a house from her when we first moved to Florida from California in 2015. She then rented a house we owned and was able to screen two sets of tenants who turned out to be ideal renters.
