Maureen was great! As first time homeowners selling our first house we did not know much going into the process. Maureen came to look at our house and gave us some good tips on small things to update that would make a big difference for potential buyers viewing the house. She was also a great source of knowledge when we decided on our list price. Working with us through the process, to explain how we didn't want to list it to high and have it sit on the market, while also not listing to low below value. She was right on the mark! We list it higher than she originally recomended, but after a couple weeks with no offers, she worked with us to lower the price a bit to attract some new buyers! It worked, and we were able to sell our house in less than a month! She took care of all of the follow up with the buyers agent, and just kept in touch with us for anything we needed to do to prepare for closing. We didn't even have to show up! We had all of the documents signed ahead of time and Maureen handled the closing for us! Would definitely work with Maureen for any future real estate dealings, and would highly recomend her to anyone in the market!

To say that both selling and buying a house in the middle of a pandemic is stressful would be an understatement, especially when you are moving 400 miles away.
