We hired Maureen to help us sell our Drexel Hill home as we relocated across the country to Seattle. Housing values in the area, until very recently, were in decline and have not recovered. Consequently, we had to list the house for significantly less than what we owed on the mortgage. This fact, coupled with our having already left the area, made for some challenges in the process. Maureen was immeasurably helpful throughout the listing and sale of our house. From the start, she understood our desire to get as much for the house as possible, but to also list it in a sweet spot that would result in a sale as quickly as possible. In an area where houses can sit on the market for months, we had a legitimate offer on the house in under 2 months. There were many complications with the inspection and several repairs that needed to be made. Throughout all of this, Maureen was always available to deal with contractors and to keep us informed of progress. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely responsive. I often marveled at how easily we were able to reach her and how much time she spent dealing with issues that arose during the sale.
