Maureen is absolutely fabulous. I was selling my house as is, and both the house and the yard were filled with items. She got rid of the vehicles for me, kept me updated on the progress, returned my calls asap, dealt with the difficult co-owner so I didn't need to, and ended up getting me 60K more than I expected. I first contacted Maureen in 2018 about selling my house. At that time I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss the real estate market, my home’s value and my options. I decided not to list my house at this time. In the early spring of 2020 I again contacted Maureen and told her I was ready to sell. She again sat down with me and discussed my options. She had a photographer come in and take pictures and we listed a house. The first week we had multiple offers. She negotiated a deal and papers were signed. Then COVID-19 hit. All offices closed. Thru email and phone calls she kept me informed of the now very slow process. We closed in June. Great experience working with Maureen.
