From the moment I met Maureen I knew she would be a great person to work with! She was so welcoming, friendly, honest and answered every possible question I had from day 1 to the end. She was honest with her estimate of what we could get for our house and helped us find one to buy that checked most of our boxes—houses were literally selling in 1 day so our options were limited. We had a few hiccups right before closing with the lawyers and she was extremely responsive and proactive to get us what we wanted and needed. She knew we had small children, whom she always made feel special when she saw them and my biggest fear was being homeless for a period of time during that limbo time. She refused to let that happen! I feel like she was available 24/7!! I never felt ignored. She still answers questions for us, even though we closed about 5 months ago. She feels like a member of our family and still checks in with us. If we ever sell or buy again, she will be the one we go with!
