We feel so lucky to have had Matt as our realtor. As first time home buyers in the extremely competitive housing market of San Francisco, Matt made this process almost effortless. He's extremely knowledgeable and his experience in the field is evident. He took into consideration our wants and needs (location, budget, etc.) and was able to find us the perfect home. Matt always went above and beyond during our housing search, from educating us on things some realtors may overlook, to advocating for us to the bank for the best rates. Matt always made himself available to us and we never felt as though the process was too overwhelming despite Covid restrictions, the already competitive housing market, our unfamiliarity the home buying process, etc. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting to buy a house in the Bay Area.

Matt did a great job for us; we both bought and, 5 years later, sold our SF condo with him. He is a bulldog in working for our best results. We had difficult restrictions on selling the property, constrained by the Mayor's Office of Housing, and he worked hard with us to get through the process, which was a learning experience for us all!

I bought and sold my condo with Matt and it has worked out very well for my wife and I. During the buying process, Matt was very patient. It took us 6 months to find our place in Daly City. The selling is where he really shined for us. I reluctantly followed his advice on the staging and painting but I am glad I did. We ended up getting much more than expected from multiple offers. We got great terms and closed quickly. During this time I was a nervous wreck. I probably called about 20x with questions. Matt was always quick to respond which gave me ease of mind. If you thought buying was stressful, well selling was as well. We had great success with Matt and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and hire him again.
