About Matthew

Hello I'm Matt Smith, and Northern California isn't just where I work, it's where I grew up, and where I've chosen to stay. From our beautiful coasts to thriving Bay Area communities, wine country back roads to the lakeside towns around Clearlake, the largest natural lake entirely within California, I know this area the way you can only know a place when you've actually lived it. The redwood trails, the small towns with big personalities, the mountain communities, I've spent my life out here, and that gives me a real advantage when I'm helping clients navigate it. Real estate in this part of California is as varied as the landscape. One week I might be helping someone find a quiet retreat tucked into the trees; the next, I'm working a vineyard property or a home with ocean views. I cover a wide range because this is home, and I've been out here long enough to know the ins and outs of all of it. My job is to make this process feel manageable and stress free as possible, whether you've never bought a home before or a seasoned investor who has done this dozens of times.
