Matthew went above and beyond with helping my mother find the beach condo of her dreams! From day one meeting with him, she felt so comfortable and confident in his knowledge of the area and surrounding properties. He was patient and kind to, not only her, but our entire family throughout the process. I can't say enough how much we appreciate having him to walk us through the selection and purchase of my mother's new home.
Speaking from personal experience in the customer service industry, there is a difference between a service versus an experience. Matthew provides the best of experiences. I truly feel that he was in my corner, and looking out for my best interest. He was highly recommended to me by a friend promising me a realtor that was hard working, personable, and knowledgeable. Throughout the process of purchasing my property, he proceeded his reputation from this recommendation. He gladly answered every call and text, was always available and approachable. He earned my five stars on this review. I cannot thank him enough!
