Terrific Experience
Matt provided excellent guidance through the entire process -- from preparing our previous home for sale, listing the house for sale, searching for a new home, and addressing counter-offers, through closing on the new home. My wife and I both found him to be professional, prompt in responding to our frequent questions, and easy to work with. He has excellent knowledge of the Charleston real estate market (we were focusing on James Island and West Ashley) and we greatly valued his insights.
