Over the years I have been involved in the sale of three homes prior to the sell with Matthew. This was by far the most professional and most personable experience yet! His vast expertise put the selling price exactly were it needed to be for quick response to the interest and showings leading to an incredibly fast sell. He was very careful to go over every aspect /detail of selling at the correct price but making sure we got the money that we should get for the home in the time frame we needed to sell. Especially with the current market and time of year. We were kept informed of any intertest or any showings. He made sure that when the first offer was made that we were aware of the other interested parties and that we could negotiate, which he helped guide us though the counter offer process. Again this was an incredibly FAST SELL at a great price at normally slow time of year to sell..... I think due in part to his knowledge of the market and the area. I did my research when he came recommended to us and he not only exceeded his recommendation and his reviews he blew us out of the water with his skills and his personable touch that he put in to his work to sell our home.
