Great first home-buying experience!

I worked with Mouse to purchase my first home. He was dedicated and responsive, and he really heard what I was saying about what I wanted in a house. He is very knowledgeable about the greater Durham area, and was very helpful in directing me towards neighborhoods that would meet my needs and be in-budget. He kept me on track a couple of times when I got distracted, and was very supportive when I was feeling overwhelmed. I had a slight advantage that I was not under the time pressure many people have when they move - so we had time to look, and Mouse kept an ear to the ground the whole time, waiting for the right property to show up. He really helped me think through the pros and cons of each property, and warned me when he saw red flags that I didn't know to look for. In the end, I got a house that checked off pretty much everything on my wish list, a quality house, in a great neighborhood, at a great price! The inspection and closing process were so smooth. A fantastic experience across the board!
