I’ve worked with a good handful of realtors in my life, and I must say that Mouse made things the most blissfully easy and pleasant I’ve ever experienced. He’s truly a ‘people person’, friendly and funny, and I will miss looking at houses with him. His knowledge of the workings of houses was far superior to anything I’ve experienced; and he had no problem rolling up his sleeves and doing extra dirty work like crawling under houses to look at things there which could be an issue. He’s highly proactive, and made sure to check in with me regularly. He was always available for a call if I had a question, and responded immediately to texts, both of which are rare. He understood from the beginning what my likes and dislikes were, as well as my communication preferences, and made sure to address/follow them with every house we looked at. Unlike other realtors who were just trying to sell a house, he really wanted to help me find my perfect house, and would honestly point out any possible deal breakers when he found them, so we could quickly move on to the next house (he did not waste my time, which I very much appreciate). In addition to this, he has NUMEROUS connections around this area, having grown up here, and made sure to find the most reasonable prices for the best estimates, inspections , etc. Even after closing last September, he’s still sending me useful information and reminders and checking in with me to make sure my new journey is successful. I’m so glad I trusted him, and if ever I need to look for another house, he will be my go to person! I’m a bit sad that I can only give 5 stars. Thank you, Mouse! If I were your boss, I would give you a huge raise.

Mouse was wonderful to work with - very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable! Wasn't afraid to get his "hands" dirty - went into the crawl space of the home that we purchased to make sure everything look right. Can't ask for a better agent!

Mouse and Gloria Mock offer a one-two punch for your house search. We hired them after reviewing all the realtors in the Chapel Hill area, noticing that Mouse used to own one of our favorite hang out spots in the area, The Cave. We felt there might be a good connection there and we were not wrong. Mouse and Gloria made themselves constantly available, understood what we wanted and what we were looking for, went to every house to look for us that we requested and more. This was my 7th home sale so I have dealt with several RE Agents over the years. Mouse was the absolute best! He was prepared to make the sale fast and seamless. When it came time for pictures, he helped stage the house, took great pictures and even had drone shots. I had 3 offers over asking on the first day. I can't sing enough praises for him.
