Matt was great throughout the entire process of buying and selling! Matt was very patient with us in the beginning of our search for a house and always gave us his opinion but then left it up to us in the end. We ended up getting the 3rd house we put offers in on and it is the absolute perfect fit for us for this next stage of our lives. When we put our current home up for sale Matt handled everything and was able to get us an offer within a few days for asking price.
