Matt was great throughout the entire process of buying and selling! Matt was very patient with us in the beginning of our search for a house and always gave us his opinion but then left it up to us in the end. We ended up getting the 3rd house we put offers in on and it is the absolute perfect fit for us for this next stage of our lives. When we put our current home up for sale Matt handled everything and was able to get us an offer within a few days for asking price. We recently decided to sell a rental property to our tenants. We hired Matt as our agent to get us through the process and figured it would be a walk in the park. It turned out to be quite a drawn out process on the part of the buyers and their lender and their inspector. The whole arrangement could have gone south more than once, but Matt was very professional and handled all the red tape. He was responsive to texts and emails and thanks to him it’s a win / win for buyer and sellers.
