I met Matthew when he was working with a friend of my daughter’s. I was in real estate in NJ for 15 years, so I kinda have a sense of a good realtor who cares and one who is just looking for commission. My son, a first time home buyer, called Matthew in my recommendation. My son wanted to stay as close to downtown as he could in his price range. My son also wanted to use his VA loan (Marine for 7years). Matthew walked him through everything. He found him a house very fast, right time right place! Matthew was attentive throughout the process. Matthew's knowledge and foresight made our job of buying and selling a home go smoothly. During a difficult period where finding a desirable property in the morning only to see it gone in the afternoon translated into many days of driving and searching. Thanks to Matthew this was kept to a minimum. He was in many cases aware of homes that were not yet on the market but would be shortly.
