Matthew Johnson is an excellent agent. That means he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our transactions, diligent in attending to our needs and wishes, maintained prompt communication, and related to us with a warm and caring personality.

Matt was able to get us in to tour a house within 20 minutes of when it was listed. He dropped everything for us to see the house because it was a perfect location and I was leaving town for vacation that same day. When the listing agent was not getting the deal done as he should be, Matt stepped in to move things forward and did things that weren't his job to fix the listing agent's shortcomings. He also helped us find contractors to fix up the house with thee repairs it needed after closing. We just used the electrician he recommended who was reasonably priced and fit us in quickly. We love working with Matt and have bought and sold with him several times.

We used Matt after my father passed away and he had properties that were in need of repairs before sale. To get the properties ready to sell, he helped by connecting us with tradesmen who could do the fixes we needed. He coordinated everything with them to get the repairs handled and helped by letting them in and out with the keys. It made my life so much easier, which is exactly what I needed during a time that was hectic due to my father's death. He goes above and beyond for his clients.

We’ve used Matt a few times for buying and selling and we will always use him first. Matt goes the extra mile for his clients. He helped coordinate a lot of hefty repairs, including coordinating with his pool company to fix a very damaged pool that had not been used in the better part of a decade and septic company to address septic issues. He made things so easy on us and more than earned his commission. He did everything in his power to coordinate his vendor contractors to get the damaged house ready to sell. Our deal fell through twice due to buyer problems, and Matt went above and beyond and did not give up in the sale of the home. He then fought hard with all the resources of his brokerage firm to secure the earnest money for the buyers who pulled out at the last minute. We appreciated his dedication and professionalism and will keep using Matt for all our real estate needs.

My budget proved to be a challenge in this competitive market, but Matt was able to use his extensive real estate knowledge and connections to find something that checked every box for me. The process did include some challenging property line adjustments, but Matt was extremely patient and extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
