The realtor represented the seller, not the buyer. He failed to protect the buyer from many pitfalls to include improper installation of entry doors, electrical outlets wired wrong, and cabinet doors installed incorrectly. He also stated the A/C will be installed in the spring; however, he provided nothing in writing to ensure that it would happen. After we secured another realtor to get out of the house he sold us, he contacted us to try to list the house again to make himself yet more money. My advice, find another realtor.

We had the best experience possible in a terrible market. We needed a house that was more private and within a certain price. Matt got us in right away to see the house and it made all the difference. It was because of his connections and professionalism that we were able to get the house at asking price. He was patient with us through the whole process and focused on what we needed. He never tried to push anything on us or pressure us into looking at something we were not interested in. We are so grateful to him and are very happy with our new home. We highly recommend giving him a call.
