If we could give Matt 10 stars, we would! We used him when we were vacationing in Florida looking for a vacation condo. We only had a limited amount of time when were down there and he was very much available and very helpful in locating condos for us to consider. Even after we got back home to Ohio, he continued to find properties for us. When one became available in the area we wanted, he would immediately set up a virtual appointment for us. He was always there when we needed him and we could not have bought our very own vacation home in Venice without him. Gold stars for Matt!
