Once again Matt Greenland has delivered!!! This is the second property that I have had the pleasure of purchasing with Matt as my agent. My experience a few months ago, with the purchase of my primary residence was so smooth, it was a no brainer that I wanted to work with him again on my next purchase. We first met Matt when we rented a property in Venice Beach (on the Island!) that he had listed on behalf of it's owner. He was always available for any issues that came up and we decided to look around for property of our own. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with doing business with Matt and will seek out his services in the future if we decide to sell/buy again!!!

This is our 8th transaction Matthew has handle for us. 6as buyer and 2 as seller. Matt and his team have proven to be a great asset to us in the housing market, in Venice and Tampa area. we have use Matt for both personal residents and rental units.
