Our home inspection came back with a few issues, he put the repair request together for us. That’s really just a few things he’s done for us. Matt... What can I say about Matt? First off we started looking in the Russell Springs area without a realtor, but after reading several Google Reviews of Matt we knew to contact him. Coming from Michigan and not knowing a soul it was nice to have such a great person for help in many areas and not just purchasing a home. Matt met with us the day after contacting him, we visited 3 homes that we picked out, but not to our liking. He then took us to lunch and talked about another opportunity for a home.
