Matthew Fauch is located in Somerset, Ky. and our property was in Jamestown, Kentucky, about 40 miles away. We live in Ohio. He made the trip a couple of days for showings, but that first day it was on the market and shown, we had multiple offers. We communicated over emails and phone calls and he made sure we were getting all of the information we needed to get the best deal for our home. He was very quick to answer any questions we had.
