About Matthew

Matt is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, growing up in the Seacoast and Lakes Regions of the state. Matt is a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire and Maine, starting his very successful real estate career in 2009 in the midst of the housing and financial crisis. His dedication and hard work during those unprecedented times proved to his clients that Matt has the determination and drive to be productive in any type of real estate market. Many of Matt's original clients are still with him today and he has formed many lifelong friendships with them. Matt has surrounded himself with the best in the business, forming many great relationships with home inspectors, lenders, contractors and other real estate professionals. Matt recently completed a large residential project where he acted as the general contractor and worker for the construction of his personal home. Matt was involved with every step of the process to include, the purchase and clearing of the land, obtaining permits, architectural design, site work, installation of the well, septic, foundations, ordering and organizing of materials, construction of the home and finally obtaining occupancy permits. Matt has also been personally involved with the investment side of real estate, having purchased, rehabbed and sold "fixer uppers" and owning income producing properties. Prior to going into real estate, Matt attended Saint Anselm College where he received a bachelor's degree in biology. Matt then attended Curry College in Milton, MA where he received a master's degree in criminal justice. Matt also has 19 years law enforcement experience where he has honed his skills in effectively interacting with all types of people, which has proven to be a huge asset for his clients during the negotiating process. Matt is currently in the process of building full size baseball field for his children and enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children.
