We would and will highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell their home. Our home was constantly in the forefront on many websites to be viewed by potential buyers. We tried to sell our home before with a different agent and we had very few showings and very little interest. With Matt we had many many showings and he was always in contact with the showing agents to hear their feedback. Matt doesn't just list a home, he works at it and sells your home. We think he is wonderful. Mary and Lou

I had an excellent experience working with Matt, it was my first time purchasing a house and his guidance through the phases/steps of purchasing my first home was awesome.

Very professional and responsive to all questions about selling and/or buying a home. Matt understands the realtor business where he uses local and internet sources to help anyone with buying or selling a home.

Very personable and extremely knowledgeable about his industry. He is a great listener and a lot of experience. He was extremely helpful in helping us get our house ready for the market. He helped walk us thru all the areas of getting your house on the market. He was great in both aspects of selling our home and going the extra mille in finding us a home when we looking.

Matt is an exceptional agent with great knowledge of the twin cities market. We have worked with Matt on buying and selling homes and will continue to use him and highly recommend him to others.

As a broker, Matt has a very good knowledge of the twin cities metro real estate market. I bought a HUD house with help from him. There are a lot of hoops that we had to jump through and Matt was responsive and got that done. Matt listens to his client and has a good personality to work with.

Matt is an exceptional agent with unwavering commitment to client service. We will continue to use him regularly and highly recommend his service to others. B. Duggan Managing Director Pontus Capital
