Matt has good communication skills

Matt has good communication skills. He checks in but he's not pushy. He answers the phone all the time (or calls back as soon as he can) and frankly I'm the jerk that is often calling nights/weekends due to my work schedule. I had my house on the market and decided to take it off for the holidays and to do some additional improvements. He didn't try to convince me not to do that. He suggested a price adjustment at one time but again, wasn't pushy about it. I am happy with the price that I received. Overall, working with Matt was a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Matt's advise on how to present the property resulted in a super speedy sale. It only took a couple of weeks to come into contract and I got top dollars. He has great mediation skills to achieve an understanding between buyer and seller. He kept friendly and patience throughout the process, and he kept me informed in an immediate manner on everything including the input of those potential buyers who saw the property.

After being stuck in a contract with a different realtor for 6 months and not one offer on the home I was selling, Matt brought some incredible strategies to the table. He was a great advisor during a stressful time as we were selling the property while living in a different state. Once we got our strategy aligned, we had a cash offer within 2 weeks!
