Matt is a realtor who puts his clients best interests first. For our sale transaction: When we had our open house, Matt gave very detailed feedback on the prospective buyers that came to our showing. We felt that his feedback really gave us a sense of the perspective buyers and allowed us to make an informed choice when it came to accepting an offer. For our purchase transaction: It was complicated in ways that went beyond your typical buying and selling process (which is stressful enough). We had a property that was in probate and was in need of a license to sell. We knew it would be a longer process due to this situation, but Matt was very upfront, informative of the steps needed to be taken in order to finalize everything, and set realistic expectations. We always felt like Matt gave us any updates to the status of the transaction, never leaving us feeling like we were in the dark about what was going on at all. He would do check-in's here and there, while we waited for court updates, just to let us know that he was still on top of it. It was always appreciated, and came at frequent enough intervals that it was appreciated, but not overbearing during the 4 months' that it took to finally get us to the finish line. Matt was there for the closing and we really felt represented by him as a realtor in all ways, both as buyers and sellers. I would recommend Matt to all my friends and family, because he is the type of realtor you want in your corner.
