Matt helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was with us every step of the way. From sending us properties that fit our criteria, to making it to as many open houses as possible and ensuring we did not miss a showing. Always there to answer any question we had. Never putting the pressure on us to submit an offer. But when we were ready, he submitted quickly and the offer was THOROUGH. He was also looking out for our best interest always. He was able to communicate well with not only us but the listing agent, attorney, and loan officer, which is very important in a real estate transaction. You want an agent who does their job well, is great at communicating to all parties involved, and is on top of it. He is just a really patient realtor who is very detail oriented, informative, and friendly. But also, not afraid to go to bat for you. Great negotiator. He takes his job seriously and really puts in the effort. Even after the closing, we had a minor issue where we received the previous owner's water bill, and he was on it and took care of it immediately. I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Matt.
