It has been a pleasure to work with Matthew. He has extensive experience and knows the market very well. Every step of the process - from preparing the house to be shown to the sale- worked very well. In addition to his professionalism, Matthew is very responsive and keeps you updated on all developments. Another element I appreciated was the combination of fantastic pictures and the 3D -tour of our home. They allowed potential buyers to see the house as it is, room by room.
