Matthew helped the reviewer buy this property

Matt is great with first-time home buyers!

I went with Matt as my agent during my first-time home buying process, and I couldn't have been happier. Matt is knowledgable about how to effectively compete in a competitive housing market, and applied that knowledge well enough to help get my offer accepted for the very first home I put an offer for. He always keeps your interests in mind when home buying and will proactively suggest ideas that he believes will help you get the home you want. I strongly recommend him and his team, and would work with him again. Thank you Matt!
