My wife and I worked with Matt to buy our first home and can not recommend him enough! Matt went through battles with us to try and land a home in the turbulent Seattle real estate market. We got to know Matt back at the beginning/middle of 2020 when there was so much uncertainty and he helped us through everything, every step of the way. We finally landed on our perfect home and we couldn't be happier! Matt goes by the motto of 'I'm in your corner' and he truly is, he will help you and work for you, on your schedule and on your budget. Matt is also just a cool guy to be around, good conversations and loves coffee, so extremely easy to get along with. As non-natives to the Greater Seattle Area, we wanted someone who we could easily get along with and help us through every step of the way (first time home buyers here) including helping us learn more about different neighborhoods. Matt is a native to this wonderful area so he was able to give us great information about certain areas in which we were interested. Initially, we interviewed about 5-10 realtors and it was a clear decision to choose Matt. He hit all of our check boxes and then some, he has many connections with his family in the real estate business (though he never pressured us to use them), and is there to help you through and through.
