Matt Chapman helped us buy a home in South Seattle. I was a first time buyer, although my wife had more experience with it. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very good at staying on top of all steps of the process and was very available when I had question after question to bug him with. I'm most impressed with his diligence. One example: we were considering putting in an offer on the home we now own, but hadn't decided yet. Matt kept in touch with the listing agent and gave us warning when there was another offer coming. We were able to put in a competing offer on the same day and got the house. We've been in it for about a month now and are very happy with it.
