Thanks to Matt we're now living in our dream home. We saw the property listed online on a Friday but being out of state couldn't get to Seattle in time to tour it in person. No problem... Matt toured it the next day and sent us multiple videos and all the information we needed. Buying a house without actually seeing it is nerve-racking but Matt was incredibly calm and reassuring. Thanks to him despite the challenging market, our offer was accepted on the Sunday. We are so happy we trusted our gut and that we had Matt on our side.
