I was on a very tight deadline and had a firm price in mind. Matt is a connector, he has all the people in place to take care of what needs to be done. From the quick pre inspection to staging to yard spruce up to making sure the photographer comes and works her magic when the the weather and light conditions are just right, he was on top of it .
