Matt Chapman and his whole team were tremendous from start to finish. We sat down with Matt at the end of July to explore the possibility of selling our Seattle home and making a move to Lacey. Matt gave us excellent counsel on when and how to sell our home and then crafted a plan with us. He handled every detail with professionalism and personalized attention. We followed all of Matt’s advice and sold our home at above asking price on the first weekend it went on the market. Matt also handled the purchase of our home in Lacey. He negotiated on our behalf multiple times and got us an excellent deal. Because of some unexpected glitches with the lender, we needed to renegotiate the closing date a couple of times. Matt handled all of these little bumps in a highly professional and “can-do” manner. We could not have asked for a better agent. In addition to his own professionalism, Matt works with good people. We used his recommended cleaners, stager and photographer. All performed their service in an A+ manner. His associates with Windermere were also outstanding. Matt really took care of us and then to top it all off, he gives a portion of his fee to a local charity. We had a favorite Seattle nonprofit and Matt gave to them on our behalf. If you need a buyer's or seller's agent or both, I could not recommend Matt more highly.
