Matthew Chapman accomplished an amazing feat of successfully marketing our family home as an Estate sale in less than 48 hours. My brother already had a reasonable offer from a builder expiring at the end of that week. Matt brought us an offer within 2 days that netted an extra $100K, with 3X the down payment and more importantly closing within the month, rather than 3 months.
