Matt was a wonderful advocate for me and went above and beyond to help me is so many ways..I’m sure, sometimes, even without my knowledge. He(..and Sheila..) were both consummate professionals, and were extremely kind and caring in helping me deal with some very tenuous and delicate issues..even above and beyond the selling of the condo. They always seemed to have my best interests at heart, and, I would whole heartedly recommend Matt and Scalise Realty to anyone! Footnote: Even though I had to truthfully denote below that the final sales price was “worse than expected”, let me clarify that this was of no fault of my realtor, Matt Scalise. This was just an unfortunate combination of the “market” and extremely high interest rates.
