Once I told Matthew what my wife and I was looking for in a home and the price range, I received a daily list of houses to view. Once I selected the houses I wanted to view, Matthew made all the arrangements and showed us the houses. Matthew is very punctual, works hard for his clients by sending the listings, researching the details of the houses, providing recommendations, showing the house, and arrangements for closing. Everytime we had a question, Matthew answered our question in a timely manner and follow-up with us. I would definitely recommend Matthew 110% to anyone in the market for a home.

I just had the closing on the sell of my home yesterday and I couldn’t wait to head on over here to write a review about my experience because I am so delighted with everything; from the customer service to the actual process of the sale! Matthew made a WORLD of a difference in this sale and I know this sale wouldn’t have been possible or nearly as easy and profitable with any other realtor. Matthew always — and I mean ALWAYS— kept me informed about what to expect next, what my expectations should be, he kept my requests in mind and pushed to have them honored, arranged for the most beautiful and professional photo shoot/virtual tour of my home, he acted IMMEDIATELY when I was at a loss with repairs I had to have made to my home on a short notice (and I mean SHORT, as in less that 48 hours), provided me with personalized videos explaining a step-by-step process of the sale, and so much more. I can go on because of how satisfied I am. However, to make this review a lot shorter, all I’m going to say is… if you’re looking to sell your home.. make Matthew your realtor.
