From day one, he was on the phone with me via text or calls. So many options in the area but knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t even bother with a home that needs major work (knowing I couldn’t fix it). He always checks on me personally as well as the housing requirements, on the ball when a new listing in my range came up. He has been like a good friend, funny and smart while being possibly the best realtor that anyone could ever have. Highly recommend Matt to everyone that reads this, I WILL hire him again if I ever sell.
