Matthew was kind, patient and helped me through whole process

Matthew made the process seamless from beginning to end. He worked hard to give us an edge over other comparable offers on the property so that ours was the one accepted. He was able to answer all of our questions, gave us timely information, and showed many times that putting his client first was his overall priority. He is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with and we would recommend him 100%.

From day one, he was on the phone with me via text or calls. So many options in the area but knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t even bother with a home that needs major work (knowing I couldn’t fix it). He always checks on me personally as well as the housing requirements, on the ball when a new listing in my range came up. He has been like a good friend, funny and smart while being possibly the best realtor that anyone could ever have.
