If you are looking for a realtor in the Orlando area only call Matt Allen! My husband and I were looking for a home in the Orlando area for over a year. The challenges we faced included sparse inventory, extremely high prices and we lived out of state. One day we were watching Orlando realtors on YouTube and came across Matt’s videos. He seemed so sincere, kind and knowledgeable we decided to give him a call. As we did not live in state Matt would offer to do many video walk throughs to show us houses. When we did visit Matt made himself available at all times to show us what was new on the market. You could not ask for a better realtor. We highly recommend Matt and our experience was so positive we hope we have made a life long friend!
