Matt has been an exceptional agent who really goes deep into the details and hard work. I don't believe any other agent could have achieved the quality of work that Matt achieved through the purchasing of my home. We ran into some issues with the seller regarding permits and code enforcements with the home and Matt was able to handle all of those hard hitting situations flawlessly and we were able to close without issue. Review of Matt Allen Matt is the bomb. He is so responsive. Responds back very quickly. He is also very helpful in background knowledge about various topics regarding houses. My wife and I asked him many off topic questions related to being a homeowner that he answered patiently. He is also great about not being pushy and also keeps our best interest in mind. We have bought two houses with him and will continue to use him in the future. I loved working with him and he made the home buying experience much easier.
