Matt is the bomb. He is so responsive. Responds back very quickly. He is also very helpful in background knowledge about various topics regarding houses. My wife and I asked him many off topic questions related to being a homeowner that he answered patiently. He is also great about not being pushy and also keeps our best interest in mind. We have bought two houses with him and will continue to use him in the future. I loved working with him and he made the home buying experience much easier. He is definitely a must have if you are looking at buying a new home.
