Matt has been an exceptional agent who really goes deep into the details and hard work. I don't believe any other agent could have achieved the quality of work that Matt achieved through the purchasing of my home. We ran into some issues with the seller regarding permits and code enforcements with the home and Matt was able to handle all of those hard hitting situations flawlessly and we were able to close without issue. I will absolutely be contacting Matt before any other when it comes to real estate.
