We had an outstanding experience with Matt, at the helm. We were introduced to Matt, late last year, and were impressed by his knowledge and good nature. We told him that we would like him to sell our home for us this spring. Matt, provided excellent advice concerning getting the house ready for sale and quickly received numerous requests to view the house. Received the first offer just after six days on the market and accepted the final, and higher than our asking price, offer after 20 days on the market. It was a smooth, drama-free process from start to finish with zero pressure. We highly recommend Matt!!

My experience with Matt was awesome. He was not just a great real estate agent, he became a partner that helped me out throughout the whole process. He was there providing help and advice while we prepared the property to be listed as well as during the time it was listed. Since I don't live in Orlando having someone I could trust with advice and sometimes even do things for me or arrange things for me while I got there was invaluable. Matt, was a great pleasure to work with. He provided exceptional listings to us once we had discussed our needs and desires. He patiently obtained access to a number of choice properties and quickly provided answers to all questions we had. We finally found our dream home and then the first of two hurricanes rolled into our neck of the woods. Matt, stayed on top of matters and moved us closer to our goal and then the second hurricane hit. He continued by providing greatly appreciated help in obtaining homeowner’s insurance, which became unobtainable due to the hurricanes. He worked with us and all parties involved in developing a plan to keep the home sale going, during the difficulties we were dealing with. Matt, guided us to the finish and we finally had the closing less than two weeks after the final hurricane. He topped it off by providing a wonderful gift basket as a housewarming gift!
